Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, free of any signs of wear or damage.
Accessories must be returned with all original packaging intact.
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details regarding the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.


Return and Exchange Process:

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.
Once we receive your refund request, our customer service staff will verify and confirm with you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.


Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s).


Final Sale Items:

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
